SHIPPING TIMELINES
•We produce your pieces of Threadsy only upon receiving your order (especially for you).
•Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email (& whatsapp if possible, let me know!)
•Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
•If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
•To allow us to assist you, please email team.threadsy@gmail.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY
Prepaid Orders Only
All Threadsy orders are accepted via prepaid payment methods only.
This allows us to:
- produce responsibly
- reduce unnecessary waste
- ensure fair pricing
- deliver a consistent, premium experience
We accept secure online payments via trusted gateways.
Threadsy reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.
RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Threadsy does not offer returns.
A one-time size exchange is allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
A ₹100 processing fee applies to approved exchanges.
SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Item must be unused and unwashed.
All tags must be intact.
Item must be in original packaging.
Customised items and requests beyond 3 days are not eligible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
An unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery and shared within 24 hours is mandatory for us to verify and accept claims related to damaged or incorrect items.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
