CAN I RETURN A COSMIC EDIT TEE?
Cosmic Edit pieces are embroidered in limited batches for each zodiac sign, making them identity-based items. Returns are not accepted for this collection, but you can request a size exchange within 3 days.
WHAT IF THE SIZE DOESN’T FIT ME?
No worries.
For Cosmic Edit tees, we offer a one-time size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
For standard products, exchanges are available within 7 days if the item meets the return conditions.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
In the rare event that something slips through our quality checks, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost. Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable. A small ₹100 restocking fee applies to standard product returns.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Once your item is approved and collected, processing takes 2–5 working days, and replacements are shipped right after.
